I once felt trapped by circumstances beyond my control—battling health challenges, questioning my worth, and struggling to find clarity in my path. I faced Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis, Recurrent Migraines, Eustachian Tube Dysfunction, and 18 years of chronic back pain—conditions that left me feeling exhausted, disconnected, and powerless. But through my own journey of deep healing and self-discovery, I found a way forward, and now, I’m here to help you do the same.

Now as an Experiential Energy Healer, lead coach for EHM @The EH Method, 1-2-1 Spiritual Life Coach & Mentor, Sound Healer, Crystal Therapist, Group Coach, and Retreat Facilitator, I guide people just like you—those who are ready to step into their power, release what no longer serves them, and embrace a life of purpose, peace, and authenticity.

For years, I felt disconnected from myself, weighed down by limiting beliefs, chronic stress, and the feeling that life was happening to me rather than for me. But I discovered that healing is possible—not just for me, but for anyone willing to take the journey. 

By shifting my perspective and embracing deep inner work, I was able to rewrite my story, reclaim my truth, and find balance in all areas of my life.
